Unfortunately the site must have reset and we got a Margarita pizza and not the one we usually get. That wasn’t so much of a problem as we are ok with margarita. The problem was it was grossly underdone and the dough completely raw. We got a collection time of 20.40 but got a text at 20.35 to say it was ready for collection. I’d far rather have waited an extra give minutes for something we could eat and was properly cooked. I put some in the oven, which did cook the dough but the grease was unbelievable coming out of the cheese. We have been a customer of yours since day one and even though you’re more expensive than others, we have stuck to you for our Pizzas and regular order 16in BBQ Chicken thin crust but it’ll be a long time before I want to waste around £13 on pizza we can’t eat ????????????????????

We did call the restaurant for comment before writing this this review. Kebab was clearly the dregs of the kebab meat stuck in the heater - stale, crispy and disgusting. Cannot attach a photo, unfortunately. Called to ask for a small refund because of this. Was told they had "sold 8kg of kebab meat tonight and nobody has complained", so they don't believe me, but would provide a "portion of quality doner kebab for the next order" as if it's cut from a different slab. Made the mistake of trying here again after last time the kebab wasn't great, but we gave it a second chance because Prime Pizza wasn't open. Won't bother again.

Pizza bases bought in from Costco or somewhere, spoiled the pizza - most of it went in the bin cos the base was so shocking... fresh bases are easily prepped and make all the difference to pizza quality... Really disappointed, won't be ordering from here again...

Thank you, our pizza was back to its usual standard - top notch. Though you increased the wrong one! Not that the other person it was for was bothered lol. I’ve been reminded a few times since too!, much to their glee (and my muttering under my breath). My apologies, I thought the ‘feedback’ part I filled in, just came directly to the shop and not as a formal ‘review’.
